Senior Business Development Manager – Global Delivery & Healthcare
$100,000 – $140,000 per year + Commission
We are an established global outsourcing and managed services provider, with a strong healthcare outsourcing presence in the United States. As part of our next growth phase, we are expanding our services in Australia and are seeking an experienced, driven sales professional to help build new client relationships and open the market locally.
While our healthcare outsourcing services are well established in the US, we are at an early stage of market entry in Australia. To date, we have successfully supported Australian-based clients across a range of outsourcing and operational services, including:
* Back-office administration
* Customer support and contact centre operations
* Lead generation and outbound sales support
* Appointment setting
* General business process support
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys winning new business, opening doors, and helping shape a go-to-market strategy. Healthcare will be a key focus area, however there is also significant opportunity to sell broader outsourcing services across multiple industries as the Australian market develops.
What you'll be doing
Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline across Australia, with an initial focus on healthcare and regulated industries
Engage senior decision-makers across healthcare, insurance, and service-based organisations
Run discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and clearly articulate outsourcing and managed service solutions
Collaborate with our US sales team and Philippines-based marketing team to develop localised sales materials (decks, one-pagers, outreach sequences)
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close pilot programs and longer-term managed service agreements
Provide ongoing market feedback to refine messaging, positioning, pricing, and target verticals
What you'll be selling
Healthcare and healthcare-adjacent services may include:
Workers' Compensation and injury management support
NDIS provider operational support
Private health, life and income protection administration
Telehealth intake, follow-up and documentation support
Aged care and home/community care administrative support
GP and healthcare network back-office services
Broader multi-industry outsourcing services include:
Customer support and contact centre services
Lead generation and outbound sales support
Back-office processing and administration
Appointment setting and customer follow-up
General managed services and operational support
About you
2+ years' experience in B2B sales (services, outsourcing, managed services or consulting preferred)
Healthcare experience is an advantage, but not essential
Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
Comfortable with outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email and phone
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
Based in Australia
What's on offer
$110,000–$140,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $180,000–$230,000)
Employment or consultancy arrangement available (depending on the right candidate)
