St Kilda Festival Safety & Accreditation Administrator
Salary Range Band 5: $82,356 – $94,961 plus 12% Superannuation.
Full-time, 2-month temporary position through 27 February ****.
Location: St Kilda Town Hall, with flexible working arrangements possible.
About The Organisation
The City of Port Phillip is an inner-city council with around 1,000 employees delivering over 100 programs and services to residents, businesses and visitors.

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced event professional to assist with the delivery of the **** St Kilda Festival.
This role manages the festival safety induction programme and the accreditation programme administration.
It involves maintaining accurate records and databases for the safety induction training programme, cards issued, and ensuring all records are easily accessible at all times.
Duties
Ensure compliance with the Council's Policies and Procedures, as directed by the Accreditation Manager.
Supervise casual staff and volunteers.
Act as the operational liaison with festival participants, local residents, businesses and the general public.
Skills And Experience
Demonstrated professional experience in planning, project management and communication.
Strong coordination and organisational skills in the event industry; ability to read site plans.
Sound judgement and ability to provide accurate and appropriate information and advice suitable to varied needs of service users and the public in relation to the St Kilda Festival.
Ability to meet short deadlines and maintain a high level of work standards.
