Join the passionate team at Binna Burra Mountain Lodge as a part-time or casual Food and Beverage Attendant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Taking food and beverage orders and communicating them to the kitchen and bar staff
* Delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner
* Clearing and resetting tables between guests
* Assisting with general dining room and bar operations as required
* Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining areas
* Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest queries or concerns
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a food and beverage attendant or in a similar customer service role
* Minimum of 6‐12 months of food and beverage service experience is required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
* Passion for the hospitality industry and providing exceptional guest experiences
* Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
* Must have Australian work rights
