Meson is hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow our Australian client portfolio.
This is a commercially driven, relationship-first role. You will be responsible for maintaining strong partnerships, ensuring performance, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for re-sales and expansion.
You will work closely with our New Business team and Campaign Coordinating team to ensure clients are supported, satisfied, and continuously growing with Meson.
THE ROLE
As an Account Manager, you will:
* Own a portfolio of real estate and property clients
* Drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Act as the primary relationship contact for your accounts
* Ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly in collaboration with internal teams
This is not a desk-only role. You are expected to build meaningful, in-market relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Manage and grow an existing book of clients
* Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic check-ins
* Meet clients in person – lunches, dinners, events, sporting functions
* Attend industry events and represent Meson
* Build strong rapport with principals, directors, and agents
* Identify re-sale opportunities and revenue expansion
* Monitor KPIs around satisfaction, retention, and account growth
* Collaborate with New Business and Campaign Coordinators to ensure seamless delivery
* Maintain strong commercial oversight of your portfolio
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Confident communicator with executive-level presence
* Commercially driven with a focus on growth and retention
* Experience in real estate, property, or B2B services preferred
* Comfortable attending events, sponsorships, and industry functions
* Highly organised with strong follow-up and accountability

COMPENSATION
* Base Salary: $85,000 AUD
* Commission structure with OTE of $150,000 AUD
