Job Description
The Student Receptionist is a key position in our College community, providing an essential link between students, parents and staff.
As the first point of contact for students and visitors, you will be responsible for greeting and directing them to the appropriate staff member or department.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Dealing with student queries and referrals
* Ensuring confidentiality and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with administrative tasks and filing
* Providing First Aid training and support
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement
* Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
* Commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
