We are seeking a skilled Customer Banking Specialist to join our team on a part-time, 31.25 hour/week basis.
The role requires you to work collaboratively with your Branch Manager and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide holistic solutions will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build trust with customers through meaningful conversations and provide personalized support to meet their needs.
* Work with customers to help them use our in-branch technology and digital banking options, ensuring they feel confident and empowered to manage their finances.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement changes to drive positive outcomes.
* Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial positions and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Engage with customers by participating in community events and fundraising activities, demonstrating our commitment to social responsibility.
* Look out for the safety and wellbeing of your team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
