The philosophy of Besk is to partner with the best local suppliers and small producers to celebrate flavour across beer, wine and food.
About the role
We are now looking for a Sous Chef to join the team. Besk's food is simple, fresh and approachable – served in share style plates.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes according to the station
* Ensuring that stock is rotated, stored and organised effectively
* Following food hygiene and occupational health and safety measures
* Taking care with portions and waste
The Sous Chef must have a holistic awareness of how the kitchen and venue operates and their role in the venue's success.

Applicants must have completed a relevant qualification and had at least 4-5 year's experience in a busy kitchen. This is a full time role with immediate start.
Salary
$70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year plus super.
