A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia's largest infrastructure project, as a Service Alerts Optimiser, reporting to the Workflow Delivery Manager.
A bit about your role
The Service Alerts Optimiser will be monitoring all service work orders to ensure Appointment, SLA, Regulatory and MPA Customer appointments are met within agreed timeframes and ensuring the intra-day schedule is managed to completion while keeping key stakeholders informed of any risks.
You will be accountable for pre-readiness checks where there are specific requirements attached to work orders that are to be addressed to allow right first-time completion. These include site specific access considerations including inductions, on-site contacts, any pre-visit requirements, special equipment and/or certifications.

You have a proactive mindset and can actively seek out opportunities to drive process improvement initiatives.
You will showcase strong multi-tasking capabilities, the ability to effectively manage real
- time jeopardy situations and provide feedback to key stakeholders including Field supervisors and Internal Resolver Groups.
Finally, you are comfortable working with ambiguity and can quickly adapt based on changing conditions and a dynamic rollout schedule.
