* Oversee onboarding processes, including creating employment contracts that meet regulatory requirements.
* Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing and interviewing candidates to identify top talent.
* Negotiate and manage key vendor relationships to secure optimal services and pricing.
* Offer practical advice on industrial relations matters to minimize risk and maximize business outcomes.
