Peel Health Campus is a general hospital located in the City of Mandurah, 75 km south of Perth on the doorstep of the south-west, known for its stunning beaches, internationally significant wetlands, and some of Australia's most spectacular waterways for boating, fishing and wildlife. It originally opened in **** as the 32-bed Mandurah District Hospital, and now operates with 206 licensed beds, bays and treatment areas.
SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than **** square kilometres across the southern half of Perth.

Currently we are seeking a
Clinical Nurse Consultant
to join our team. The position is a specialist role, which provides care, information, and support for people with cancer across the continuity of care pathways and multidisciplinary team across the cancer care community within the Health Service/demographic region. The Clinical Nurse Consultant (McGrath Cancer Care Nurse) will provide collaborative clinical and supportive care for people and their families, along with the facilitation of communication across the multidisciplinary cancer care team.
The position requires expert knowledge regarding breast cancer care, inclusive of health assessment, treatment pathways, referrals, and on-going facilitation of clinical and supportive cancer care. Areas of accountability will include the provision of leadership and influence, clinical standard setting and monitoring, policy development and change management.
