The Role
We're looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Hazelmere - Perth. Reporting directly to the Branch's Operations Supervisor, as a Casual Employee in a Support & Cleaning role, your mission will be to ensure an outstanding level of customer service and contribute to maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition.
What will you work on?
* Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests;
* Verify and prepare and equip vans before each booking;
* Perform inspections and keep complete, accurate records of the vehicle's condition;
* Move and park vans or pick up clients from the airport;
* Clean and maintain all equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot;
* Deliver and collect cars from repairs and maintenance, or deliver vehicles to specific locations.
Who are we looking for?
* Valid driver's license and ability to drive a van (plus);
* Availability to work irregular schedules, weekends and national holidays;
* Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods;
* Eye for cleanliness and inspection;
* Communication and interpersonal skills;
