The Role
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll take full ownership of your team's performance and professional growth by:
* Coach & Develop: Conducting regular 1:1s and call coaching to improve conversion rates.
* Performance Management: Set clear KPI's and maintain a culture of accountability.
* Onboarding: Transitioning new hires into top-performing brokers.
* Strategy: Leading sales meetings and planning sessions to hit monthly targets.
* Quality: Ensuring all advice meets strict compliance and retention standards.
What you'll bring
* 3+ years in a sales leadership role (Life Insurance or Financial Services preferred).
* A proven track record of building and maintaining high-performing teams.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your coaching style.
* A commitment to quality and ethical sales practices.
