Who You Are
You are a seasoned Senior Operations Manager experienced in leading and optimizing operations across diverse teams and projects. Strategic mindset, problem‑solving, and leadership skills help streamline processes and drive results.
What You’ll Do
* Oversee daily activities across functions, managing department heads.
* Implement operational policies to promote efficiency and positive culture.
* Analyze and improve organizational processes to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
* Engage with senior management and stakeholders to make decisions and set strategic goals.
* Maintain quality control measures to ensure all installations and repairs meet or exceed standards.
* Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with project stakeholders.
Requirements
* US or Australian citizen.
* Active US Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
* Minimum BA/BS in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
* Ten years of significant experience in operations management with proven leadership skills.
* Five years of supervisory experience.
* Deep understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
* Strong strategic and performance management skills.
