**The Opportunity: Educational Leader**

**We would love you to have**:
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as an educational leader
- Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A current Qld Blue Card

Our 24 centres offer a range of services to our families such as beach, bush and farm kindy, swimming and Healthy Bodies Programs. **Our Centre**
West Morayfield Early Education Centre is located on Grant Road and cares for up to 97 children per day. We offer a many programs including bush kindy and music programs and incorporate Aboriginal perspectives into our every day learning. We also have a strong sustainability focus in our centre.
