Lead a dedicated team of Site Supervisors and Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred disability support.
This role offers the chance to oversee the delivery of services across a portfolio of home (SIL) services in Toowoomba.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive person-centred, strengths-based service delivery aligned with client needs.
* Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, incident management, rostering, and financial oversight.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent and safe support.
* Champion continuous improvement and implement strategies that promote service innovation and efficiency.
* Handle complex client needs and escalate risks where appropriate.
About You:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years' experience managing disability, community, or residential services.
* Strong understanding of relevant quality and safeguarding standards, and sector legislation.
* Proven ability to lead, coach and develop diverse teams in dynamic service environments.
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver operational results.
