Job Opportunity



We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Administration Coordinator.




About the Role



This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization. As a Sales Administration Coordinator, you will play a vital part in the operation of our Sales Site by providing support to the sales staff in daily support duties.




* Display leadership values by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the sales site

* Be the face and heart of our business through your interactions

* Ensure premium inventory levels are properly maintained and audited, and review weekly inventory reports

* Be the voice of our team through your communications with both internal and external stakeholders

* Be a key contact for the dynamic Sales Team by ensuring the accurate recording of information in relation to guest flow, booking numbers and team details

* Balance tasks with administration duties such as data entry, reporting and ad-hoc administrative duties

* Ensure compliance with cash handling and transactions





Key Responsibilities




* Provide exceptional customer service to guests and internal stakeholders

* Collaborate with the Senior Sales Support Team to achieve sales site goals

* Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and external partners

* Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives

* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales site operations

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the sales site experience





Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will require:




* A high level of energy and self-motivation

* Strong customer service values and focus

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

* Proficient in Microsoft Applications and knowledge of CRM systems
