About The Position One of our operating companies, REDD, is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team in Brisbane. As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales engine, engaging potential clients, generating new opportunities and driving pipeline growth. You will work closely with a high-performing sales team and receive the training, tools and support needed to succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Responsibilities: Identify and engage key decision-makers across target organisations Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives, contributing directly to revenue growth Collaborate with the sales and growth teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies Manage and track activity in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Bring creativity and personality to your outreach while following a proven sales process Skills required 2 years’ experience in a BDR or sales role Previous IT sales experience highly desirable Strong prospecting, cold calling and lead qualification skills Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo is desirable Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets Benefits AUD $85K–$105K (inclusive of super) commission structure Clear progression pathway to Business Development Manager Ongoing training, coaching and career development Hybrid working Monthly team events with Club REDD Supportive, high-energy team culture
