**How will I help?**
You will also be responsible for problem management, change management, best practice and compliance, service delivery, effective management of issues, risk and dependencies, quality assurance of all technical deliverables and building partnerships with key stakeholders.

**What do I need?**
You will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline with 2+ years' testing experience. You will have proven experience in the preparation and execution of test plans and evaluation and a strong understanding of SDLC and test lifecycles. Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must as well as strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in understanding and managing workflow-based systems is required as well as experience managing information flows to and from the business both internally and externally.
Other skills include SQL and DBMS systems, knowledge of MS SQL Server platform is preferred and the ability to identify and documents defects.
