FK is seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to join our Sydney team.
We are an award-winning architecture and interior design firm with studios in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane delivering landmark developments across Australia and in Asia. We've designed one of the tallest, most recognisable pair of buildings, the second-tallest skyscraper in the world, and the largest private museum in the southern hemisphere, among others.

Our successful candidate, as Human Resources Manager, will be responsible for creating a culturally positive and efficiently functioning workplace environment. This role involves designing and implementing the best approaches for taking care of our people, while actively managing the engagement, induction, and retention of a team of professional architects, interior designers, management, and support staff across our three studios in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.

Applicants should be suitably qualified, with a minimum of tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, and proven experience in a relevant role within the architecture profession or design industry.
