This is a 12 month contract role and ideal for someone who can bring marketing plans to life through flawless program delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and strong sales alignment.
You'll focus on driving demand, managing events end-to-end, and ensuring marketing programs translate into measurable pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and measure marketing programs to generate pipeline and accelerate sales opportunities.
Partner closely with Sales to align programs with regional priorities and revenue goals.
Manage end-to-end program execution - from planning and logistics to onsite delivery an post-event follow-up.
Track and report lead flow to ensure timely follow-up and conversion with Sales and SDR teams.
Manage program budgets, timelines, and ROI reporting.
Provide clear communication on program performance, key actions, and next steps to marketing and sales stakeholders.
About You: 4–6 years' experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology or enterprise solutions.
Proven track record of managing events, campaigns, or demand generation programs.
Strong stakeholder management skills - able to work effectively with Sales stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with excellent project management, communication, and Excel skills.
Self-starter with a bias for action and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
