Queensland Health is seeking a skilled Manager, Business Solution Design and Change to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting major enterprise systems, including the state's largest integrated rostering and SAP HR/Payroll solution and the SAP S/4HANA finance and logistics platform.
What you'll do
The role's primary focus is driving effective change management and communication, ensuring complex system and process changes are clearly explained, well understood, and successfully adopted across a diverse stakeholder base. As part of this, the Manager will also oversee the accurate capture and analysis of business requirements to ensure solution designs remain aligned to organisational needs.
