We’re working with a leading law firm that’s looking to add a Real Estate Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to its growing team, based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the real estate legal work with a focus on high-volume leasing across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. The role also includes supporting due diligence processes and assisting with large-scale transactions.
As a primary point of contact for clients, you’ll build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders across multiple industries. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across both Sydney and Melbourne, as well as with the firm’s global network, to deliver high-quality legal solutions on complex and innovative projects.
For those joining at the Senior Solicitor level, the role will also involve supervising and mentoring junior team members, including delivering regular structured feedback and coaching.

Requirements
* At least 2 years’ experience in property or leasing law
* An unrestricted Australian practising certificate
* Experience drafting and negotiating leases and related documents
* Strong technical legal skills, including drafting, negotiation, and matter management
* Experience in a high-volume leasing practice is highly regarded
