Job Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Room Service Manager/Asst. Manager, you will serve both food and beverage to guests in hotel rooms and other areas throughout the property ensuring a positive guest experience.
* Taking guest orders
* Serving food and drinks and collecting monies in a courteous and efficient manner
* Keeping station clean at all times
* Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required with a minimum of one (1) year of high-volume service experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Must possess knowledge of both food and beverage items, and have basic mathematical skills.
Work Environment
You must be able to stand for long periods and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
