Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience working in a hospitality or customer-facing team environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong problem‑solving skills
* Positive and professional attitude
* Willingness to undertake food safety and hygiene training as required.
