Lead IVF Pharmacy Specialist

As the primary pharmacist embedded in the clinic, you will play a key role in ensuring patients receive expert advice, compassionate care, and timely access to essential medications.
About the Role
* You will provide critical support to patients undergoing fertility treatment, offering expert counselling and education on IVF-related medications, medical devices, and correct injection techniques.
* Responsibilities include dispensing and managing the supply and stock control of specialised fertility medications.
* Overseeing daily on-site pharmacy operations, including workflow coordination and task allocation.
* Collaborating with fertility doctors, nurses, and patient care teams to ensure seamless and timely service delivery.

About You
We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic pharmacist who is ready to take the next step in their career by leading a close-knit and dynamic team.
* A General registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA is required.
* Previous experience working as a pharmacist in an Australian or New Zealand setting is preferred.
* Leadership or management experience is highly regarded but not essential.
