About this Role
We are seeking a proactive and professional executive assistant to provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders.
* Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, book rooms and catering, and ensure alignment with executive priorities.
* Prepare meeting materials including agendas, presentations, and documentation; attend meetings to capture actions when required.
* Support email management by prioritising, filing, and tracking follow-ups and responses.
* Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, and conference logistics.
* Process expense claims and ensure compliance with corporate policies and deadlines.
* Assist with onboarding, event coordination, property moves, and purchase order administration.
* Maintain team documentation including org charts, distribution lists, and compliance tracking.
* Support broader team initiatives including HR admin, reporting line changes, and internal communications.
Requirements
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and personable approach.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong technical proficiency across Microsoft Office and corporate systems.
* Discretion, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset.

* Proactive and responsive in managing critical requests with urgency and attention to detail.
