"Not one role — multiple streams. If you've worked on power, water, utilities or major infrastructure, we want to see your CV."

We're building a high-calibre engineering talent pool for major regional Australia infrastructure projects across power, water, utilities and built environment.

If you're an engineer who enjoys delivering real-world outcomes—networks, treatment, headworks, grid planning, design, compliance, and site delivery—we'd like to hear from you.

Employer sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates (subject to requirements and approvals).

Roles we're hiring across (multiple openings)

We're considering candidates across several disciplines, including:

* Civil Engineers (utilities / infrastructure)
* Electrical Engineers (power / utilities)
* Power Systems Engineers (networks / system performance)
* Distribution & Transmission Planning Engineers
* Network Engineers (utilities / integration)
* Hydraulic / Headworks / Treatment Engineers (water & wastewater)
* Environmental / Hydro-Geo Engineers
* Mechanical / Process Engineers (plant / treatment / assets)
* Structural / Geotechnical Engineers
* Geospatial Engineers (mapping / spatial / asset data)
* Fire Engineers (compliance / design inputs)
* Sound Engineers (infrastructure / acoustic engineering)

If your specialty sits adjacent to these, apply anyway — we're hiring across multiple workstreams.

Experience we are seeking

* Power network upgrades, grid planning, integration and performance
* Water & wastewater treatment, headworks, hydraulic design and optimisation
* Civil infrastructure delivery, structural/geotechnical design support
* Utility asset planning, maintenance strategy, project delivery support
* Spatial data, mapping and engineering inputs for network and site works
* Engineering assurance, standards, safety and compliance contributions

What we're looking for

* Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline
* Solid design / delivery / planning experience in utilities, infrastructure, energy or water
* Comfortable working on regional project delivery (relocation supported)
* Strong communication and stakeholder skills
* Ability to provide refs and required checks

Bonus (not essential): power system tools, hydraulic modelling, CAD, GIS, asset systems, standards/compliance experience.

Relocation + sponsorship

We welcome applications from candidates open to relocation within Australia, and from international engineers seeking a sponsored pathway. Visa outcomes are subject to meeting requirements and approval by the Australian Department of Home Affairs.

How to apply

Click Apply with your CV and a short note including:

* Your top 2 engineering disciplines from the list above
* Years of relevant experience
* Whether you're open to relocation for regional projects
* Your current location + earliest start date
