Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical management and treatment of patients in SWSLHD facilities under your care.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams and provide supervision and mentorship to registrars and junior medical staff.
Requirements:
* Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia and Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians or other specialist recognition.
* Demonstrated high standard of clinical practice and ability to adapt to contemporary evidence-based best practice.
* Commitment to quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management.
* Participation in teaching and training at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
* Continuing self-education and development through ongoing continuing medical education/continuing professional development.
* Able to work cooperatively with other staff and practitioners in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
