Overview
Fantastic senior opportunity providing management and strategic leadership to our BRHS's vibrant and well-established Emergency Department. Contract: Ongoing, Full-Time. A solution focused, innovative and strategic leader is sought to join BRHS as the Nurse Unit Manager in our vibrant and well-established Emergency Department.

Responsibilities
Inspiring and empowering a team of experienced clinicians, fostering a culture that embeds our BRHS principles of care of Quality, Integrity, Communication and Kindness.
Using your ability to implement and lead change to transform our emergency care practices, ensuring we deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Bringing innovative thinking, strategic foresight, and exceptional communication skills to drive initiatives that anticipate and address challenges proactively.
Elevating our emergency care practices ensuring the adherence and delivery to KPI's set by the Victorian Department of Health performance framework.

Minimum criteria
Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse.
Extensive clinical and managerial experience.
Excellent communication skills and experience in people management with the capacity to effectively develop, manage, engage and lead a high-functioning team of clinicians.
