Using your ability to implement and lead change to transform our emergency care practices, ensuring we deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Elevating our emergency care practices ensuring the adherence and delivery to KPI's set by the Victorian Department of Health performance framework.

Minimum criteria
Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse.
Extensive clinical and managerial experience.
Excellent communication skills and experience in people management with the capacity to effectively develop, manage, engage and lead a high-functioning team of clinicians.
