About The Role
Our Global Consulting client is seeking experienced professionals for the following positions:
* ServiceNow Developer
* ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
* ServiceNow ITOM Event/Monitoring SME
These are full-time, permanent roles, based in Canberra. All candidates must hold an active NV1 clearance at a minimum.
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Developer
* Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
* Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
* Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party tools and systems.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
* Develop and maintain ServiceNow architecture ensuring scalability and performance.
* Provide technical leadership and enforce governance standards.
* Design end‑to‑end solutions and mentor development teams.
ServiceNow ITOM Event/Monitoring SME
* Implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Event Management and Discovery.
* Integrate ITOM with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds).
* Optimize ITOM configurations and automate remediation workflows.
Essential Criteria
* Australian Citizenship (mandatory).
* Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA).
* Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
* Strong understanding of ITIL processes and compliance frameworks.
* Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, PowerShell).
Desirable
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and large‑scale implementations.
* Additional certifications (TOGAF, ITIL).
