* Located in or near Geebung
* Ability to work from the Geebung Site full time – (Mon‐Fri 6am‐3pm, with some additional hours as required)

About the Role
As the Fulfillment Centre Manager, you will oversee the operational activities of the Thornton Fulfilment Centre. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that operational targets are consistently achieved. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Tasks
* Provide leadership and management of trade store personnel
* Establish and maintain a productive, co‐operative team environment where customer service is paramount and sales KPI's are achieved
* Ensure financial compliance and due diligence on site
* Effectively manage trade store profit & loss while implementing strategies to effect change where required
* Full responsibility for managing site inventory
* Provide management with industry‐relevant market intelligence
* Effectively manage sales and promotional activities at trade store
* Manage transport resources to ensure a safe and efficient delivery service
