Emergency Centre Manager
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Centre Manager to lead our Emergency Centre team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership position and drive the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
The Role
* You will be accountable for the management of all aspects of the Emergency Centre, including patient flow, financial and material resources, and staff recruitment and development.
* You will work closely with the emergency specific educator and the greater critical care education team to provide support and guidance to your team.
* You will be a positive mentor and provide clinical leadership and support to your team, while motivating and mentoring them to excel in their roles.
* You will work closely with other managers within the hospital community to achieve excellence in patient outcomes.
* Assist in shaping organisational strategy and contribute to departmental and Hospital strategic objectives.

1. You will have current registration with AHPRA and a minimum of 3 years' recent experience in emergency nursing.
2. A strong clinical leadership skill set is essential, along with previous experience or exposure to managing clinical staff recruitment, rostering, and performance management.
3. Strong leadership skills and confidence in delegating duties are required.
4. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Post-graduate studies in an appropriate specialty area are desirable.
