You will be the head of the restaurant floor and the waiter / waitress for task delegation and customer service. You will be accountable for the end of day close and communication with Management and the kitchen's Head Chef.
Requirements:
1. Must have RCG or willing to obtain before commencement.
2. Experience preferred but not essential.
3. Cook needed to support Chef and Head Chef.
4. Good presentation skills required; training provided to the right applicant.
