About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide meaningful, in‑home support that helps clients maintain independence and quality of life. Your daily tasks may include:
- Personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Transport to appointments or activities
- Social and community support
When you support clients with complex needs, we will give you all the training you need to feel confident and capable.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients.
- Transport clients to appointments and activities.
- Assist with social and community outings.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families and staff.
- Key support for clients with complex needs under supervision.
Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care).
- Genuine passion for supporting people living with a disability.
- Previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred).
- Smartphone compatible with company systems and apps.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or willingness to apply).
- Police Check issued within the last 6 months.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Valid driver’s licence and roadworthy, insured vehicle.
