Lead Outside School Hours Care Director
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Children’s Services, strong leadership experience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include managing a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing high-quality care and programs for children. This involves planning, coordinating, and evaluating the service to ensure it meets the needs of children and families. The successful applicant will be able to create a positive and inclusive environment that supports the well-being and development of children.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising staff, conducting performance evaluations, and making recommendations for staff development. You will also be involved in strategic planning, budgeting, and policy implementation.
