We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Allocations Consultant to join our growing Brisbane team. Based in our modern Kedron office, you'll be at the heart of the action—coordinating skilled healthcare professionals with facilities across South East Queensland and making a real difference every day.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an office-based, full-time position. Your key responsibilities include:
* Answer calls and support RACF & HACC clients
* Manage single and bulk shift bookings
* Match healthcare staff to shifts (training provided)
* Complete general admin tasks
* Respond promptly to client and staff queries
* Build client relationships through reverse marketing & sales
* Occasionally represent Crewe Sharp at expos and events
ABOUT YOU
* Rostering, scheduling, Aged Care or sales experience valued (not essential)
* Confident with Microsoft Office and technology
* Accurate data entry and thrive in a fast-paced role
* Excellent communication and professional phone manner
* Work well independently and in a team
* Proactive and think outside the square when allocating shifts
