With a national footprint and a complex distribution network supported by third-party logistics partners, the business continues to grow rapidly across retail & wholesale. This role sits at the heart of the operation, supporting both commercial growth and customer experience.
The role
of Logistics & Customer Fulfilment Manager will take ownership of end-to-end physical logistics and customer fulfilment across Australia. Responsible for managing a national 3PL network, inbound imports, customer service execution, quality, cost governance and continuous improvement initiatives. While the operation is highly automated, the role requires a leader who can step in decisively when service issues arise. You will lead an experienced team and act as the technical expert for logistics, while also setting the roadmap for productivity improvements, service optimisation and long-term capability uplift.
We're looking for:
* Strong people leadership experience, with a proven ability to develop and engage teams
* Solid tenure within an FMCG environment, with exposure to structured governance and scale
* Deep technical capability across logistics, customer fulfilment, 3PL management and imports
* Confidence operating in a customer-facing role, partnering closely with Sales and senior stakeholders
* Experience managing logistics budgets, tenders, SLAs and cost-to-serve metrics
* Advanced SAP capability and strong analytical skills, including complex Excel reporting
* A resilient, solutions-focused mindset suited to a lean, entrepreneurial business
* The presence and influence to operate effectively within a global matrix environment
This role will suit someone who is comfortable being hands-on when required, while also capable of building process, structure and long-term improvement plans.
