The Role
This position is responsible for delivering the store's financial targets and company key performance indicators by creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. The role will also build a high-performing team that exceeds expectations in the retail store, overseeing the Parramatta concept store and surrounding concession stores.

Attributes You Possess
* Retail Industry Passion: A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
* Management Experience: Proven experience in managing a retail, hospitality, or similar business.
* Budget Management: Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
* Team Performance: Experience in managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team.
* Operational Excellence: Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
* Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
