Join our Lincoln Sentry Branch located in Burleigh Heads/Varsity Lakes as Branch Assistant and contribute to the smooth day‑to‑day operations in a store and warehouse environment. This is Full-time role Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, offering a great work environment, stability and supportive leader.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing friendly, knowledgeable service and building strong customer relationships
* Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Supporting day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receipting and stocktakes
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and well‑presented store environment
* Assisting with promotions and identifying opportunities to upsell products
* Working closely with the team to support the overall success of the branch

What We're Looking for
* Previous experience in a trade retail or warehouse environment
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* A reliable, hands‑on team player who takes pride in their work and contributes positively to the team
* Experience driving a Forklift, or willingness to obtain internal competency
* Confident computer skills, with experience using SAP and Microsoft Office preferred
* Strong attention to detail and the ability manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and adapt to changing daily demands
* A good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 25kgs, occasionally
