The role is responsible for assisting the line manager in participating in product and service development process, and lifecycle to compete in the market and meet corporate customers' demand.
Senior Staff, Business Channel Management Unit Responsibilities
* Participate in products and services development concepts and features, considering feasibility, profitability, and market fit;
* Assist in creating detailed products and services specifications and documentation;
* Collaborate with business department, marketing department, risk management, legal, and technology teams to develop and launch new products and services;
* Involve in the products and services development lifecycle, from ideation to market launch and beyond;
* Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry best practices in commercial banking;
* Prepare presentations and reports for manager;
* Supervise and guide VIP banking executive and VIP banking Teller to ensure accurate and fast customer service;
* Collaborate with relevant teams to provide services and respond to customer needs;
* Follow the principles, procedures, internal regulations and instructions related to the scope of work and role effectively;
* Prepare and keep documents in an orderly manner and keep them confidential;
* Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Finance and Baking or other related fields.
* At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
* Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and related compliance requirements.
* Good understanding of CDD and EDD processes, including customer risk assessment.
* Familiarity with handling PEPs and sanctions/watchlist (SIP) screening.
* Experience in corporate client onboarding, including document review and UBO identification.
* Ability to identify AML/CFT risks and follow internal compliance procedures.
