About the Opportunity
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an experienced People & Culture leader to step into a high-impact role within a globally recognised creative agency. You'll take ownership of the full P&C function, balancing strategic direction with hands‐on operational delivery across a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This isn't a siloed HR role. You'll be a trusted partner to the leadership team, shaping the people agenda and ensuring the business has the capability, structure, and culture to perform at its best.
What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and deliver a P&C strategy aligned to broader business objectives
* Partner with leaders on workforce planning, performance, and team capability
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and remuneration frameworks, including benchmarking and annual reviews
* Manage people-related risk, governance, and compliance obligationsBuild and maintain meaningful people metrics across recruitment, retention, engagement, and performance
* Lead initiatives that support employee well‐being, sustainable performance, and a high‐performing culture
* Lead, develop, and set clear priorities for the P&C team
About You
* 10+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally with some experience on the agency side
* Strong ER, compliance, and employment legislation knowledge
* Demonstrated experience in organisational design, workforce planning, and leadership development
* Data‐informed approach to decision‐making
* High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
* Organised, resilient, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast‐moving environment
