At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. Regular travel across our main AXA sites will be a key requirement of this role.
What you'll be doing:
* Act as the co-ordination point for all early career's initiatives, to understand demand and delivery requirements.
* Coordinate the planning, scheduling and logistics of learning experiences, events and programmes.
* Oversee and manage onboarding and development activities for early careers talent including liaising with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality delivery and adherence to contractual agreements.
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure they are supported and receive relevant, timely updates for seamless programme delivery.
* Maintain and update early careers participant data and alumni tracking and engagement processes.
* Manage the collation of programme data and feedback, using this to deliver regular reporting to key stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with our People team to support attraction, recruitment and assessment of early careers talent in line with our annual recruitment cycle.
* Stay informed about best practices in early careers and suggest improvements to existing processes and programmes.

What you'll bring:
* Experience of working in a training co-ordination / Early Careers role, with multi-site / matrix complexity.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
* Future-focused mindset – a knowledge of skills-based thinking, educational pathways and external best practice is preferred.
* Ability to innovate and bring new ideas and thinking.
* Experience of developing products that continue to serve customers' requirements beyond initial launch for example apprentice / intern or graduate programmes.
* Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
