LMS Energy is at the forefront of emissions reduction and renewable fuel innovation across Australia. We are currently recruiting for a full‐time or part‐time Manager – Major Projects located in Prospect, South Australia.

Reporting directly to the Group Leader – Major Projects, this role will play a key role in enabling the Projects Team to deliver on key objectives through effective support and collaboration. The role primarily involves leading the delivery of LMS' Major fuels projects after FID and handover from Development and will be accountable for the delivery of complex projects, including Power Generation, Ag Waste, Biogas, and Renewable Gas and Fuels projects.

Responsibilities
* Lead the end‐to‐end delivery of complex, large‐scale renewable energy and gas projects through to successful handover to Operations.
* Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring effective control of scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk and communications.
* Establish, maintain and execute Project Execution Plans (PEPs), including governance frameworks, decision gates, resourcing plans and reporting requirements.
* Proactively identify, manage and resolve project risks, issues and change requests, ensuring impacts to safety, cost, schedule and quality are understood and controlled.
* Report to Project Steering Committee and senior stakeholders, covering safety, environmental performance, cost, schedule, quality and overall project status.
* Lead, manage and direct EPC/M contractors and external consultants, ensuring contractual obligations, performance metrics and safety expectations are met or exceeded.
* Provide strong leadership to project teams by setting clear objectives, fostering collaboration and maintaining a positive, high‐performance culture.
* Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Development, Compliance, Commissioning, Operations and Business Development to ensure alignment, timely approvals and achievement of project scope and outcomes.
* Manage engagement with external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, landowners and partners, to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.
* Facilitate and participate in project reviews, assurance activities and lessons‐learned sessions to drive continuous improvement across the project portfolio.
* Oversee procurement and appointment of contractors, ensuring robust contractor management systems, commercial controls and WHSE compliance.
* Maintain accurate project controls, including cost tracking, schedule management, forecasting and monthly financial reporting, and elevate material issues promptly to the Group Leader – Major Projects.
* Analyse monthly cost reports and prepare budget forecasts and financial inputs in collaboration with Finance.
* Support the ongoing development of organisational capability by coaching, mentoring and contributing to skills and competency uplift within the project delivery function.
Requirements
* 8+ years' experience of demonstrated projects management and delivery experience.
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental or Process Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
* Project Management qualifications and / or training desirable.
* Relevant Oil and Gas, Chemical Process or Energy Industry experience desirable.
* Strong leadership, communication, team‐building and stakeholder management skills.
