About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in a full-time capacity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills and be committed to delivering high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure excellent care for every child.
* Build strong relationships with families and support them in their child's learning journey.
* Develop and implement modern, play-based learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
* Champion our centre's values and promote a culture of bravery, positivity, thoughtfulness, and professionalism.
* Maintain accurate records of children's learning profiles and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
* Participate in leadership groups to grow your skills and contribute to centre decision-making processes.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
* Previous experience as an ECT with a strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
* Current SA Teacher Registration.
* Working with Children Check (South Australia).
