Maintenance Manager Role
Lead engineering projects site-wide and manage a small team to drive maintenance strategy.
* Strategic Planning:
o Develop and implement site-wide maintenance strategies to ensure optimal asset reliability and efficiency.
* Project Management:
o Oversee project works, upgrading machinery, installing new equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
* Team Leadership:
o Lead and mentor a small team of mechanical and electrical trades to achieve operational excellence and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
* Operational Excellence:
o Accountable for the reliability and availability of production assets across the site, driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase quality, productivity, and overall performance.
* Collaboration and Communication:
o Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote effective collaboration, clear communication, and open dialogue to drive business objectives forward.
