Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Berrinba Drive-Thru Team!!
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and its employees. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be a key player in the success of our restaurant. You'll oversee everything from managing a dynamic team to ensuring that each guest enjoys the best Greek food and service experience possible.
The Job Involves:
Opening and closing the storeSupervising and management employees including juniorsTraining and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding resultsConducting performance evaluationsTrialling and training new employeesMonitoring store performance and meeting KPI'sRostering, inventory, ordering and reportingHandling customer complaints and concernsRunning a drive-thru serviceFood Preparation including deep fryer/grill useCash handling and register operationCleaning and maintaining the store
