About the Opportunity
This is a unique chance to lead sales efforts and drive growth for a major dealer group in the Australian agricultural machinery industry.
You will be responsible for providing crucial leadership and strategic direction for agricultural product sales across a significant region spanning much of Victoria and South Australia. Your core mission will be to enhance sales performance, accelerate market share growth, and ensure all sales objectives are perfectly aligned with the broader business strategy. You will be accountable for product scope ranging from 50 HP tractors right through to combine harvesters, focusing on a reputable major manufacturer.
* Analyse current market trends and develop targeted strategies to achieve market share goals in defined segments.
The role requires ongoing physical presence across multiple branches and would suit someone based within a couple of hours of Ballarat, Victoria, for essential weekly team meetings.
