Out of Hospital – Home Care Worker (Batemans Bay)
Community Services #1 is seeking a Casual Out of Hospital Home Care Worker to deliver high-quality, person‐centred care that supports independence and wellbeing.

About the role:
* Deliver home care services aligned to Out of Hospital Care goals.
* Provide domestic assistance, personal care, support services that assist recovery and independence.
* Assist participants during the end of life stages of care.
* Apply duty of care and safe work practices in client homes, and identify, document, and escape OHC escalation triggers promptly.

About you:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent, relevant experience delivering home care/aged care support (domestic assistance and/or personal care) and 3+ months aged carer experience.
* Current First Aid and CPR
* Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
* Able to obtain required pre-employment checks (Police Check and Working with Children Check)
* Strong documentation and confidentiality practice.
