Help shape how clinicians learn, adapt and feel supported as Darling Downs Health transitions to the ieMR. As the Training Lead, you'll bring together your clinical understanding, digital health knowledge and practical project skills to design and deliver training that genuinely works for the people using it. This role suits someone who enjoys collaborating with a wide range of staff, translating complex information into clear learning, and contributing to a smoother, safer digital shift for the organisation.
What your day will look like….
You'll work closely with project teams and clinical groups to understand their workflows, plan training approaches and develop resources that fit real‑world practice. You'll coordinate training schedules, guide educators, and check in with teams to ensure the training is landing well and meeting their needs. You'll also prepare documentation, contribute to governance activities, support statewide initiatives where required and keep communication flowing across multiple professions and services. Every interaction—whether refining a training module, supporting a clinician or navigating a change request—reflects the compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage that guide Darling Downs Health.
