About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our Construction division.
This role is ideal for experienced Project Coordinators looking to transition into contract administration.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate project information, assisting with cost forecasting, and preparing contract documents.
You will work closely with our Project Managers to resolve claims and variations, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain project registers and assist in budget proving processes
* Assist in preparation of monthly cost-to-complete and progress claim forecasting
* Prepare and submit contract documents, including VQ, EOT, NOLD, RFI, etc
Requirements:
* Tertiary degree or relevant industry experience
* At least 2 years' experience in contract administration
* Sound understanding of finance, contract law, and standard forms of contracts
* Developed communication and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of CHEOPS or similar accounting/project management systems
